Family Service of El Paso is a private, non-profit social service agency governed by a volunteer Board of Directors. Founded in 1893, the Agency has been committed to serving the community for over a century.

Mission: To  help the quality of individual, family and community life. Purpose: To make counseling available to anyone in the El Paso community regardless of ability to pay.
